Prevention of CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents)
In accordance with MINCETUR regulations, all online travel agencies must display graphic material regarding the prevention of CSEC. As your agency, we will design and prominently embed the official CSEC banner or poster on your homepage and in the policies section.
Agency confirmation: This is a technical and design-related step. No additional text input is required; we will place the appropriate legal emblem on the website.
OUR ACTIVE COMMITMENTS
- Verificación de Identidad: Exigir el documento de identidad original de todo menor y constatar el parentesco o autorización legal de los padres o tutores antes de iniciar cualquier tour o servicio.
- Capacitación al Personal: Formar continuamente a nuestros guías oficiales de turismo, conductores y colaboradores en la detección temprana de conductas de riesgo y protocolos de acción inmediata.
- Denuncia Inmediata: Notificar de manera inmediata a la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), fiscalías especializadas o a la Línea 100 ante cualquier indicio o sospecha de explotación infantil.
- Cadena de Valor Responsable: Trabajar exclusivamente con proveedores, alojamientos y transportistas debidamente registrados ante MINCETUR y adheridos al Código de Conducta.
